Bek is among the lowest pay in the food industry. Creamland does sound alot better in the long run electric pallet jack along with good beenies. you wont be breaking your back picking heavy freight.

I ran milk routes for 21 years.
It would be very unusual to have a route that was strictly pallet unload. It could happen though.
All of mine was hand load and unload. And hand trucked into customers where it was hand stacked and stocked the shelves. Very labor intensive.
Good luck with it though.Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this. -
Do the math for earnings alone creamland is the winner. But it's union also so no hard work.

I’m starting on the 28th. Going to be in training for a few weeks. Route bids are in June so I’ll probably get the grunt work, but that comes with the gig right?
