Seems clear from the picture that the Explorer stuffed itself under the trailer. No marks forward or back of the impact area.

Story I heard, trooper was running the shoulder past stopped traffic trying to get to an accident. Lost control and ran under a stopped trailer.

 

Ya know, I’d expect something like that from @Humblepie. But not you. Lol.

 

Still going to get run thru the ringer. I know how that works first hand. I can only imagine it will be 10x that with the LEO fatality.
