Believe it or not, I am laughing my ### off at the poster you are referring to. And your comments.

I've been on the web forever it seems. And while we as drivers seem to know everything, about everything.

There are more English Professors on the web, than exist in the entire world.

It used to irk me for someone to do what he did. Now I just chalk it up to having to feel superior to someone else, at all times. As long as I can grasp the general concept of what someone is trying to say, I'm all good.

I'm sure I'm at the top of every teachers list in the US, as I spent 2 years learning NOT to write as I was taught in school. But instead to write for oral readings, so the words flow more like normal speech patterns.

Even my little string of dots ...... in much my typing is a habit of that teaching. It's done to reflect a pause or change of vocal inflection, for delivery.

 

I think it was. That poster made numerous insults directly to the thread starter in their post "i get to laugh at because your that dumb" . That I think would've warranted your post more so than mine. How ironic is it for someone to type like they have a 2nd grade education all the while calling other people dumb?

Well bros,(and of course,sisters) Ihave finally returned home and,guess what,the thing that irked me the most in the last 3 weeks was not moving my 5th wheel for being 150ibs over on my drives in Nebraska,it was not having trouble reaching 2 shippers and 1 consignee on my cell about directions,it was not putting up with a dispatcher who could not hold a job being a dog catcher,it was,after the truck was parked and I was home,I went to the local Hy-Vee and do you know what the young lady working the register had the (balls)to say to me????? She said,and I quote,-did you find everything ok!!!!!! Can you believe that???? I went to my pick-up,cooled of,and went back in to buy something else,went to a different check-out,and oh my God,she said those dreaded words also,DID YOU FIND EVERYTHING OK.......What is this country coming to,when I retire and land my dream job at Hy-Vee,trust me thunderdome,or bird or whatever,Iwill get this policy of talking this way to change!!!! LMAO

 

Why didn't you ask her where the Manpons were?
