Regardless of so called state legalization, it’s still against federal law, which actually nullify the state laws, but that a whole other debate, but since it’s still illegal at the federal leave, transporting across state lines opens the door for a variety of charges. Hell, just get caught in a state like New York with 6 or 8 cartons of Smokes with South Carolina tax stamps, and see what happens to ya.

 

If you think all that tax money is going to where the voters were told it was going you better look harder, it is just another story that changes to the convenience of them powers.

 

Are you suggesting that our elected representatives would funnel tax dollars off for their own gain? Come on, these are people of irrefutable integrity. Just look at there name plates, the honorable mr. so and so from butt Mt. or the honorable madam speaker from the land of confusion. Its all right there in there titles.

 

I wonder if the same actions went on after prohibition, just a transfer of wealth to ?

 

But anyway, for them towns that have them shops, look at the roads, they are paved, they have nice parks. We do not have them shops in this town, we have potholes and are given special fees for the parks.

 

If this isn't troubling enough, I read today, Denver is the 1st in the nation to decriminalize "magic mushrooms",,
