    Not so sure the fog was completely to blame.

    fog to blame ? more like driving to fast for conditions and not paying attention to road signs .. yes fog makes it hard to see everything but thats why u slow down .. what a scary moment for the car driver, hopefully that truck driver pays all medical bills

    I got in some heavy ice fog yesterday morning, 72 miles of it caribou at close range look like ghosts moving in the fog.

    Car didnt have head lights on. You would of seen a reflection of some type just vefore car hit thw truck. There was none. Truck driver didnt have a chance. Cars do that all the time even at night driving around with no lights on.
