I have an 07 9200i, its cold when I turn the temp below half, and hot when over half on the temp dial. There is no in-between...

Would this be the blend door, and if so where is it located?

Under passenger seat most likely. Remove passenger seat and steel plate top Yes could be a blend door.

You will have to watch how the actuator responds. Like crb said, it is located in the heater box under the passenger seat. Your temp control knob simply sends voltage ranging from zero to 5 volts, or zero to 12 volts(can't remember which) to vary the actual position. You would need to check the voltage on wire 75BE and make sure it varies smoothly as you rotate the temp knob. If the voltage makes extreme changes or goes instantly from zero to full voltage, then the control head is faulty.

On my rig once you pull the cover off you can see the actuators working when you turn the switches. I pulled mine off thinking it was the actuator, but it was the plastic rod that the actuator turns to flip the door. $28 part instead of $90 actuator. In the bottom picture you can see where one side of the fork like piece is broken off and wallowed out. It would turn the door but not all the way.

Heavy D my fresh air recirculate actuator arm is broken is there any way for system to work without this door actuating? By this I mean leaving actuator pluged in and door not actually functioning. I have changed actuators but it’s the arm itself that’s broken.

The recirculate door only really only keeps the cold air recirculating to get colder in the summer time, so you really don't need it working.

Just in case someone else has this problem. There are 2 blend door accuator under passenger seat. 1 which regulate hot/cold to cab and 1 which regulate hot/cold to sleeper.

You have a defrost/floor accuator in the dash also. On my 2000 9200i it is behind the instrument panel to the right of steering wheel. After removing screws to that panel, there is a 1 foot rubber/plastic vent tube you can bend at pull out. Accuator is behind that. Make sure key and heater controls are turned off. Remove 3 screws on accuator to replace it being careful not to brop screws or tools. Move blend boor to align with new accuator.and replace screws and vent tube. Reinstall dash panel and it should work great.

If fan is not blowing, first check resister under seat near blower motor (follow wires). If that is good then replace blower motor.

I have a 2000 international 9900i looking for the actuator that is in the dash. I changed all the ones underneath the passenger seat I'm now looking for the rest in the dash.
