Well, after a week of careful consideration, I thought I would share a load I completed last week. A normal load around 900 miles with 2 days to deliver.
I imagine I possibly just saved the broker from losing this account. It's also possible that it was a mistake, meaning to be $1900 instead. If so it was a very costly one. Nevertheless it was not caught thanks to everything being automated.
Anybody ever do a dryvan load paying more than this? In the year I have been an owner operator the only loads I ever seen pay this much are oversized.
Did I just hit the holy grail of dryvan loads?
Completed a $19,000 dryvan load. Highest paying dryvan load?

Dang, that's crazy and could actually happen with automated brokers, but they'd catch it eventually. My biggest was $5k, 2 drop load from Montana to NC, dry van, and it was about #2000 and only took up 15' of trailer though they sold it as a FTL.

I hope this doesn't get contested. lol
I have actually hauled a couple of 19,000 dry van loads, actually power only, but in dry vans, but they were from florida to fairbanks, the great part was I also got to move them back and forth between fairbanks and anchorage several times over the next two years, then took them back to florida. Made bookoo bucks with the same two loads before it was said and done. lol -
most cr england lease purchase guys make more than thatAamcotrans, KillingTime, Western flyer and 9 others Thank this. -
Other than that, the only other $20k+ loads I seen are heavy haul. I have been tinkering about jumping over to that but have no experience. Was even thinking of leasing on to ATS for some experience. -
I imagine there are some specialized hazmat loads that pay that amount and more. My cousin is a terminal manager for a hazmat carrier in Ohio, and they frequently have some crazy high paying loads.

It could have been a mistake on brokers end but you excepted the load and they didn't catch it till you were in motion and they had to eat it. That's my guess, because I've ran that load for considerably less. Merry Christmas!

Sounds great and all, BUT have you gotten paid yet? Uber pays in 7 days so did they actually pay you the $19,000
Aamcotrans, magoo68 and spyder7723 Thank this. -
I said factor that load asap and run for hills lol.
RockinChair, PE_T and Opendeckin Thank this. -
On that lane from that shipper it was more likely to be $900 on 884 miles.
spyder7723 and JonJon78 Thank this.
