Make sure you have the right voltage going to the ECM, anything less than 12v is NG. Had the same problem with my 12.7DD, oxidation on the fuses, replaced them, no problem. Just a thought.

I get 28v to the ECM lol everything’s fine, even if it was low it wouldn’t effect mechanical fuel pressure while running, even cranking fuel pressure without an ECM even connected would give me at least 70 psi

I'm sure he knows that ecm voltage doesn't effect fuel pressure. Dont be so condescending.when people are just trying to help you...... he was obviously just giving you another option that can give you the same symptoms your exsperiancing.
28 volts you say???? Wow! That's one special electrical system you got there.
Have you checked your suction lines yet like others have suggested??spsauerland Thanks this. -
Yes, the c12’s and c15’s I work on all run on a 24v system so we have some beefy alternators, and yes I’ve ran fuel from a bucket to bypass the tank

So I’m curious as too what the problem ended up being? I am having the same issue now with my engine. Thanks
-
I have a c12 that is doing this also have you ever figure out what is wrong or what you did to fix it
-
Where you able to figure yours out I have one that’s doing the same thing right now and can’t seem to figure it out
