It's not really that. Just don't want the hassle of not being able to pick up because the trailer will be deemed "too old." Even though it's in great condition.

I pulled quite a few Hyundai dry vans. I liked their door closure and how they locked in the open position. Easy to slide the tandems.

I would go with the new Hyundai's. Decal or paint them to your spec. Then you won't look like a thousand owner operators going cheap by gray painting "SWIFT" on the trailer..."Gee, I wonder where he bought that trailer?"

Oh I'd never get used mega trailer. The used ones are from O/O trading up.

I always had good results with them as well. The esteemed members don't care for them though. And you know how much I value their opinion.

    Cattleman84 and Lepton1 Thank this.

In my time with LS I have booked 1 load that required a less than 10 year old trailer. We run different areas so your observations may be different.

I've never been asked how old my trailer was. I've seen it posted on load boards before, but I've never once walked into a shipper and had to prove how old my trailer was

I am going to enter you up in either the Gooding or Elko contest — maybe both. Seriously — you ought to think about copyrighting these— there is a market.

    Thank you.

I have dozens of them at home... Some rather corny. But a few I feel are pretty decent. Sometimes they just start to come to me... Especially when I'm driving at night in the middle of nowhere... Just the highway, darkness, and me.

Memories of the Storm took me 2 days, I just finished it this afternoon... Six Day Memorie only a few hours.
