    Like Blair said if you use Pex and Shark bite fittings you would not need any tools other than a usual tube cutter! Pretty simple actually!

    Doing a reverse sear. Never tried it before. Smoked at 225° to 110° internal temperature. Now heat to 500° and cook four minutes each side, with a little butter placed on it for the last four minutes.
