Posting For Good and Bad Brokers

If you feel like you are getting the run-around, you can try reaching out to the bond company on file to see if they have had any recent inquiries or issues with the company. Once done, I was told the bond company is required to notify the broker/paying party that an inquiry was made. I did this once as I had an aging invoice and magically got a pretty quick response from the broker after that. My invoice had been "misplaced". May be worth looking into.

 

Threatened to file against their bond, and they direct deposited the money a few days later.

Then their check showed up.

 

Did you turn in your POD with your invoices? I always send my paper work to billing@tallgrassfreight.com and like I said , I have never had any issues getting paid.

 

My post was in reference to a different brokerage; however, I always send a copy of my invoice along with the POD and rate con.

I have to say a nice thing about JB Hunt. I hauled maybe 12-15 loads for them in the last 12 months. Not only they quick paid me for free as I utilized their app 360 but also, as their way of thanking me, they gave me a free 12 month subscription for XM Sirius Radio....Well that's very nice of them. Thank you JB Hunt.

 

XPO Express is awful!!! They will book a load and then cancel it on you cause they find someone cheaper!!!

 

Do the same to them. Book a load then don't show up
