    Day two in the books. Spent the day in the hotel meeting room so it was close and convenient. Had a welcoming talk from the COO. Seems like a decent guy. Open door policy in full effect and dont run away if he approaches you on the lot. He genuinely seems to care what is going on in the drivers side of the company. Rest of the day was Randy McNalley training. Having never used one, this was an important day for me. So far so good. Found out that our trucks have been assigned but will not know what it is until Thursday. These are only temporary anyways, will get a newer permanent truck in 60-90 days.
