2001 Volvo d12 two problems

    Good evening,
    I have a 2001 Volvo with a d12 motor.
    My first issue is that I have a cracked water pump housing, Volvo told me the part is 8170312/20713789 but all I'm able to find is 8170313 or 000525. Is there any difference between the housings? I don't need a pump
    The other issue I'm having is that the turbo will not boost over 14psi. Been like this since I bought it. Overall power is good until it hits the turbo boost wall.
