I’ve ate them a lot, my grandma used to make squirrel dressing. It was really good.

We used to have squirrel and dumplings or in a vegetable soup. Instead of beef we would use squirrel.

 

He could spray them with pepper spray then shoot them when they are disabled. They would already be seasoned, and most of it would cook off.

My grandmother shot them from her kitchen window in Memphis and would cook us squirrel stew. It was good.
