I would definitely take it...that kind of home time with that kind of pay and benefits is very rare...

Take it! The freight market is down and will be for a long time I think. I'd jump all over a gig like that. You can always come back to the O/O side. It's always going to be here. No brainer imo.

You take it and enjoy life.

I only work 4 days a week now and make the same I did working 6 otr. I only have to load my tanker twice a day at the same farm and unload at 1 of 2 places . It's long days and I wish the bennies were better, but I have time to live my life and you cant pit a dollar amount on it.

    Go for it

I know the company you are working for. I guess you are there by now. I would be. I used to haul their cheese sometimes back in the 80's when I was leased to Pirkle Refrigerated Freight Lines. They were good back then too. Good luck.

I haven’t decided yet. I truly appreciate all the input from you all. I just can’t decide. I don’t know why. It’s exhausting to me at this point.

I would say if your on the fence, just sit it out. There's always a cost that comes with a move. Freedom is sweet. Come and go as you please.

What? And give up the opportunity to drive a truck that looks like a giant piece of cheese?

They used to have a real nice color scheme. Very classy. The cheese truck look... meh.
