You won't be fired, lectured maybe and written up but I doubt you will be fired.
Not directed to the op but to all drivers.
Here is what gets me about you drivers, the words being used to describe an incident or accident, don't use them ... like just a scratch or just touched it.
See you are part of the problem when you use those words, you make it like it isn't a big deal when it is.
You are dealing with a large truck and trailer that exerts forces that can do a lot of damage and anchored by up to 80,000lbs. So what you think is not a big deal may be a huge one becuase your perception of the damage.
Always cover your ***** even if it is minor and trivial. Report it. Ignore others who say not to report it. Unless you have a habit of hitting things, chances are you won't ever be fired for it.buddyd157, ZVar, JoeyJunk and 1 other person Thank this. -
if the guy offered you to not worry about it and he will report it to insurance..that was ur ticket to get the f out of dodge... now u got to deal with the office monkeys and all their BS . good luck to you
