Well I see you know the proper way to start charcoal... And obviously you know what "Lodge" is... So whats your excuse for that "other" thing on the left???

Cobbler Dutch — usually use it for chili, soup or jumbalia, but I got lazy.

 

Ive got a cheap one too... I my dad found it in the basement of a house his company acquired... He gave it to me... But try as I might I cant get the seasoning of the cast to take... So I rarely use it.

 

That one is aluminum and from what I can tell, they don’t season. But it’s nice for cleanup and to put on a burner. Did alright on the cobbler, but I like cast iron better.

 

Snow! Here I sit. At the Wyoming Visitors rest stop. It’s stinking snowing! No chance of parking at any truck stop in Cheyenne. Figured I’d hit the rest stop. Then maybe the scale. Couldn’t keep going. Middle of the night. Snowing in Wyo. ? Do I look stupid?
