    My fave.
    Boneless.jpg.jpg

Got my 4 lawns done this morning as well as 2 more for a commercial friend. He wants to check on another two before I get there. So I am home having a bologna and cheese with alfalfa sprouts sandwich. Maybe in another 20 mins I will know if I am to go stir up some more mud. Lawns are rather soupy from all the rain

No bologna or cheese for you!
You have to lose all that weight.
    What was the challenge again?

I am allowed to have it. I am reducing the caloric intake. I only need to lose 2 pounds per week over a two year period. After 12 days I am down 11 pounds.
Tho I can tell you its tough to go to 1500 calories per day when I was having 5000 before.

I have been eating nothing but salads for two months. Enjoy them actually. The other day I pulled into a off the wall truck stop off I 20 outside of Florence SC. Like some sort of oasis in the middle of a been field was a KFC, Zaxbys, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen and of course Subway. All within walking distance. It was stunning. After 15 min of looking at my truck fridge full of lettuce and the sights just outside my windshield, I found myself in some sort of out of body experience busting through the doors of McDonald's like a zombie.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. LARGE. Wasn't sure if that was enough so I hedged my order with a additional order of 10 chicken nuggets. Ate it all. Nothing left but empty cardboard boxes lined with salt and low self-esteem. Felt violated and disappointed in myself.
That clown gets me every time.

My wife and son are on that trendy Keto diet. I walked into the kitchen yesterday and she had made lasagna with zucchini noodles. It looked like hamburger with sprouts of grass growing in it. Wtf?

    I love McDonalds too.
But I rarely eat out anymore. Maybe the broaster chicken they sell down at the IGA every now and then.
Look at these, it’s perfect here today and somehow colder in Phoenix

The keto diet ( I am not doing it as it puts a strain on the body ). Keto wants people to eat primarily fat and proteins. The fat is supposed to replace carbohydrates.

My doctor wants me to keep going tthe way I am as the keto would be ok after I shed 100 pounds if I wanted to. Yet where I am going for the 1500 calories per day, it is considered better because I am not depriving my body of the foods it needs. According to my doctor the human body should have at least two slices of bread per day, just to be able to help with brain functions.

0522191520.jpg look what i found embedded in my steer tire this morning doing my pre trip... Had to pull it out with some channel locks, luckily it only broke the tread and didnt go deep enough to cause a leak. Put some soap and water on it after i pulled it out no leaks, held pressure all day .. Looks like i dodged a bullet, my steer tires are barely 2 months old
