volvo link problems please help

    Hello I have a 2011 Volvo 780 with a d13 and when I washed my truck I and a few things that wont wrong first a messeage popped up saying Volvo Link hardware failure use paper blogs came up I dont use that I have communication through my company on a speical software on my phone for that is there a way to get rid of that

    2nd is my drivers window wont work Long with my mirrors I cant adjust kthem with the switch

    Thanks hope someone can help me

    I would check the back of the truck for Qualcomm wires see if corroded and on doors check wires going into truck if they are tight water will follow the wire in and mess stuff up put a drop in the wire for the water to drop off of might stop it from happening again

    Hello, i have just purchased 2012 volvo 780. i have same msg. on screen. volvo link hardware failue. use papper logbook. how can i fix it.

    How did you fix it?

    I am having the same issue today. I was about to start using elogs and Hydragen. But it happens. Please suggest.

    My 2017 vnl 780 did that today, simply turned off main power switch for about 5 minutes and turned it back on and cleared fault code
