It's an unfriendly spot on the planet. Traffic , attitudes, dark/dreary, rust belt, low underpasses, snow, moron drivers, tolls, and more traffic, more aggressive than other places for example the southwest ( much more patient around trucks I think ), especially places like Philly, NY, NJ, etc....very aggressive idiots who like to lay on the horn because they're on the verge of mental breakdown because they are late for soccer practice or some other b.s... low underpasses in the cities, morons, idiots, etc...etc.....Rude warehouse kooks, rude shippers/receivers, rude straight faced store clerks, rude toll booth kooks, etc etc etc......
-
Dont forget the mountains on your way out there, 20mph uphills, and somehow the whole trip is uphill...even coming back

stupid question, trying to get a response just so you can hear what you already know, then tell us were idiots, which would be your own opinion.if you enjoy the northeast corner known as new england,id be glad to repower a load to you in pa anytime.ne sucks.
agree.everyone knows the southern and western sates have friendlier people with lots of more room.faster speed limits.its a no brainer as to why someone wouldnt want to go to new jersey on a friday at 430pm,doh.lol.well said.
and the one who posted the question knew the answer, hes just fishing.

Not to mention the outbound rates suck suck suck suck $1.00 a mile freight hell they charge you that just to run the toll road LOL

As any road soldier will tell u. The hell that is east, the thorns, the snags, the snares.. Are the life! Once you master the small streets, the wrong turns down densly populated yokel townships with no turnaround two miles in at 3:22 am with low wires and low pay with many short runs.. You can do anything. Prepare for tight turns abnoxious and helpful citizens, pain, relief, tediously slow backing and reconfiguring. All the joy of cruising the eastern Sea board and miles of briges from florida to yhe Chesapeake. I recommed volunteering for New York City early to earn your rights. But bring double backup GPS, its sure to fail at an opportunly demonic time. That said, if your not from there you may not be used to it and so there can be lot of obstacles if indeed there are companies that hesitate to go there. Somebody will. Cheers.
