Good Night From II

At the Love's north of Las Vegas. Headed back to Phoenix with a 2-stop load of diapers for Costco.. I know it's shorter to run the 2-lane through Utah but I just wasn't in the mood. Much less work to run down I-15 through Vegas. As I type this I trapped inside the store waiting for it to quit raining long enough to get back to the truck without getting soaked.

 

Did hetime last week and jurupa shop said I wasn't close enough to 100000 miles on truck to get it done. Needed to be past 99000 b4 they would do it.

 

Hanging out at the Phoenix J … 9PM PU tomorrow, then heading home for a week.

 

Oh you can do some shopping at Living Spaces.....

 

Nahhh … I'm at the point of my life cycle where I want to get rid of crap, not collect more.

Shop got truck done by 1530 yesterday. One tcall for a exhaust bracket, a and b service, and a valve stem on drive tire needed to be replaced.
Got a load that picks up i Tracy at 1030 and goes to sparks nv anytime b4 midnite tomorrow. Then another pickup In Reno nv at 1000 tomorrow morning going to auburn wa for a 1300 appt on the 28th.
Hope the holiday traffic on the 80 is not that bad today.

 

I went in to see my DM as I was coming back from home time to set my daughter up as a passenger and get my PA bug permit.
He noticed I was headed to NC so he found me a load back to MI, then one from there to Boise.
I have my next 4,000 miles all planned out.

Sparks terminal
Got to the shipper In Tracy at 930 for my 1030 appt. Gave me a dock right away.
Didn't start loading trailer till about 1330 and done at 1400.
Traffic wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. At least there was no crashes.
Got some rain and hail on the way here.
Have to be at next shipper at 1000 tomorrow so will leave around 6 till deliver this load down the street

 

Took care of my Chicago load, went way smoother then I thought. Made sure my route was solid and had no short bridges. Taking my break in Ottawa, IL. Gotta run all night to get some chicken to Kroger in Louisville. I can't wait for there attitudes and long unloading times! (Sarcasm...)

 

Unloaded there on Thursday, enjoy. For a good chuckle look on the bathroom door and there’s a note with a number to call if the bathroom has “unsanitary conditions”, then open the door and look inside. Many lulz were had.
