The City administrator called me a little bit ago and said there's water running out the north door of your building.
There's a lift station on the north side of the building, and the discharge line runs right through the building underneath the floor. This man hole was inside on the North end of the building bubbling sewer water up through the lifting hole.

Still get water out of our well...just because. Still have kids plant fence posts... just because. Same here, with the great memories. Wish we could instill them better in kids of today.

Been thru that here on my property... sheesh. My septic is cleaned often, and they still 'want to check me' to keep me up to snuff. (I don't dip.. no clue what the heck.)

Hope it works out for ya, man.

    Yuck!

Had a story on the news tonight about the sewer backing up in an upscale neighborhood in OKC. Seems the folks don't care for the TP and associated stuff floating around their yards.

Getting crazy down here with all the water. Kaw lake, which is just south of the Kansas border and east of Ponca City on Hwy 60, is 37 feet above normal, Kaw Lake, OK ,and they are worried about the dam now which would be catastrophic if it let go. The thing is is that the Arkansas river flows into Kaw from up your way then it leaves there and goes to Keystone just west of Tulsa. Keystone is 32 feet above normal and there is no place to put the water. Keystone Lake, OK

They are letting out as much water as they can now without flooding Tulsa but the river is rising and right at the edge of the banks there. They are going to have to do something pretty soon because it's suppose to keep raining and the water is coming into the lakes faster than they can let it out, or dare to let out without causing a whole bunch of problems and heartache down stream.

We clean ours more lately, in case it comes our way. Flooding is bad here in Ohio, but not as bad. Wish you the best. Kids can't really ride; and our creek bridge is GONE. LOTTA work to do.

  8. I don't know if I'd use this stuff as an undercoating. You could use it on rusted spots then cover with a rino spray

The price would kill me to coat the underside with this hard shell product.
The rubberized stuff ya can get to bolts by pealing. But. The por-15 and the other product are pretty much resin that harden up.

446 should have a 16hp Onan engine. They for sure are tough. I hear so many say..... Well my rider is hydrostatic too..... Not even close to the same machine, not even in the same league!!

Your right their tough, and strong as 3 rows of green onions! And with the hydraulics at 2100 psi @ 9.5 gpm they can be a great addition to the farm for small task. I traded my 446 yrs ago, then found this 444 black frame (1984 only) and put a snow blower on it. Nice to have.
