It did, at least. I sold it since my company swapped from Freightliner to International which is a mistake. These trucks are the worst I’ve ever driven. I will try this mag mount on the front roof like red5 did, and if it doesn’t work, I’m going to take the mirror apart after I put a 6 foot Skipshooter on it and make sure the ground is good.
I’m waiting on my CMC choke to show up. I hope to get it all installed this next week. I’m going to try a few radios in there to see how they work, and start with my Ranger 6300F low power.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Which model Internationals are you getting?Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

How is the surface wave performance?Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

Mine is like this, with the exception being it only has the driver side mirror fiberglass antenna. The am/fm antenna is separately mounted in front of the windshield (you can barely see it in this pic) I’m going to put the magnet right over the left marker light, at 4 feet the Tiger top load should be a few inches taller than the air dam.
If I get too much reflect I will try a skipshooter on the mirror with the PVC at the base again.

If the antenna is mounted down low like that you're going to need a 7-footer probably if not a 9ft whip mounted at a 45 degree angle.
I don't have much faith in a magnet on that truck.Another Canadian driver and shogun Thank this. -
Well im gonna have to look up what that means later and get back to you..Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

0-100 mile range.
600-10,000 miles is easy. 30-100 miles is much more difficult mobile to mobile.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.
