    DWI in 1998, I heard it does not show in your background after 7 years in Texas. Do i still have to add it when filling an application for a truck driving job??

    Depends on how the question is asked.
    "Have you EVER has a DWI?"
    or
    "Have you had a DWI within the past XYZ years?"
    Your ticket was 20 years ago, so it's irrelevant today, except to maybe a couple of companies.

    That depends. If it asks if you've had a dui in the last 5 or 10 years, then no. If it asks if you've ever had a dui, then you should probably disclose it.

    Chinatown: Yes i had a DWI Class "B" Misdemeanor in 1998. Do you recommend to add it when filling an application for a truck driving job.??

    Only add it if the question on the application wants information that old. Read the questions carefully and don't volunteer any information that isn't specifically asked for.
