Bad photo because I cut the copper-colored top off and didnt have a chance to re-take. They remind me of the "copper-top battery"
I see them everywhere so I figure they're really good or really cheap

Im thinkin it might be factory direct from trk dealer..Company volvos have the same.. .
Even with 2 antenna on the new volvos they are lost after a few miles..
However, doubt its the antenna itself.. -
Ahhh that would explain why I see them all over the place
-
I always thought the Volvos seemed to perform the best using the factory antennas will a stock Cobra 29.
All the times I heard someone with a brand new truck and Factory antennas with a stock radio from freakish distances, it was always a Volvo.
I think the body being made out of steel might have had something to do with it. -
Well i tried to talk after a few miles with a few of ours and got nothin..
rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
I’ve heard a lot of Drivers with Volvo’s say they have to run a ground to frame. Or use a bolt on mirror mount style to get a good ground.
12 ga and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -
