I just retired after 31 years as a Firefighter. I'm 53 and in good health other than medication for Gout and High Blood pressure.
Currently working part time as a Paramedic but would like to change that.
I live in SW Illinois and have a second home in SW Florida.
Are there job opportunities for someone that wants part time or seasonal work?

I am not sure what you are looking at or calling part time, but there are a lot of drivers that come up to Alaska for the dirt season and return home in the fall.

Do you want to drive while you're in Florida or Illinois?
Which town are you in, in Florida; Naples or further south? -

Maybe he is thinking of Marco island?Chinatown Thanks this. -
I think Schneider has a program where you can drive as few as 10 days a month.

Illinois but would be open to driving in Florida.
I have a place on Sanibel island. I can see Naples, Ft Meyer Beach, and Marco Island from our beach.
I live near Springfield Illinois but used to work in the St Louis Metro. Right now I have the Illinois Class B license required for driving Fire Trucks.
