I'm not much of an International fan, but that one sure catches my attention. I guess that just goes to show that any truck given pride and attention can and will stand out.

You are absolutely right, and I think a lot of it depends on how the meat is cooked. I don't know what you guys use up in your neck of the woods, but down here there are all sorts of concoctions. The best I ever had was a 55 gallon drum cut in half, and we have mesquite here for wood. Sh.t grows like watered tulips. But good for barbque. Wife uses the gas grill a lot, and the meat is good, but not as good as putting it on the pit.

We have oak and fruit woods mostly, I have a small tabletop gas grill for the camper but at home I only use charcoal, Kingsford has several charcoals out with different woods blended in, they’re pretty good.

I'm with you on that. I like the greasy "au jus" stuff in the bottom of the pan but that's where I draw the line.
