so after being down for 4 days with this trailer it finally comes out of the shop. I go and get loaded only for my tandems to be stuck and my brakes won’t hold it but seem to be adjusted properly?
My biggest concern is the airbags. They were fine when I was empty but now they won’t inflate at all. The trailer is riding 2 inches above the tires. Is this an OOS violation or a ticket??
Bad trailer

There is a leveler/rod on the last axle go check it if it’s broken replace it if the screw came off put s new one in.
Seems like it’s the leveling valve though
It’ll look something like thisAttached Files:

I agree with the theory that the leveler is broken or not adjusted correct.
You must have suspension working back there. If all your bags are not working you risk damage to the cargo and other things.
I don't consider that trailer "Fixed" just yet. Back in the shop you go. -
Yes deflated air bags are a OOS. I would figure out which line feeds the leveling valve and see if it has air. If not follow it back towards the air tanks. There is probably a pressure protection valve inline. You can try tapping on it, but it will need to be replaced.

Have you tried cycling the red knob a few times? Sometimes it will release a stuck valve.

Are we sure the glad hands are hooked correctly? Red hose on right.

Well airbags are inflated but suspension height is low

Is it okay to haul this trailer with the suspension low?

BAD trailer!
Bad, bad, BAD trailer!!
Back in the shop! NOW!!
Then whack the trailer on the nose with a rolled up newspaper.......
I would think that THIS should be your main concern. -
Well in my defense the trucks clutch doesn’t like it either. I don’t mean I’m free wheeling with the red knob out.homeskillet Thanks this.
