Just don’t fall for the “hump of Brahma” is a delicacy. Better to eat a homeless guys shoe... might be one of the worst pieces of meat I ever tried !

I’ve been to Rodizio, it’s freaken good. They’ll give you what appear to be small portion but before you know it you’re stuffed.

I do use lump a fair amount but I feel I get a more consistent heat from briquettes.

    Yep, they are, Shooter.
Most days are 2x runs.... First day solo (Monday, last week) the truck wouldn't turn over - dead batteries. So that was a jump it, disconnect the one about to blow up & get to the terminal, day. Tues-Fri I think I had 7 loads, burnt my 16 on Wednesday.... 975 miles & 50hrs paid time - roughly. And 50hrs is a 'slow' week during construction season... I expect it to amp up... Gotta be in S.Boston @ 0500 Tuesday... No grind tomorrow, which is okay by me.
