Ishift Problems

I dont think my warranty still cover it cuz i had my def delete so i cant take it to dealer . My question is the input shaft sensor same as speed sensor ? And where is located the only sensor i found is ine the back of the transmision as shown on the picture .

Counter shaft Speed Sensor is on the inside of the transmission. You personally won’t be able to replace it, you will need to find a shop who knows how to take apart ishift transmission. Sensor signal is within normal range BUT the sensor indicates that the counter shaft is not rotating. 2 Causes: speed sensor or wiring harness; Or mechanical failure of the transmission parts. Good luck bro

 

I did change the speed sensor that located on the back of the transmission( not the counter shaft speed sensor ) and the message is gone i drove the truck for about 100 miles didnt see any problem yet . Do you think speed sensor was the cause ?

 

Intermittent failure, eventually it will fail completely. Usually according to Murphy's Law. It is giving you a warning, fix it or not. Up to you.

It’s Volvo 2014 560 000miles
I have problem in upper gear 10,11,12 when is low rpm ( you can see in videos what’s happening when I’m going uphill without load... you can hear the noice in 11 and 13 gear and it’s looking like the engine cutting power).
There is no codes and errors when is truck plugged in to computer.
Mechanic change injectors, clutch and clutch cylinder, fuse box. Mechanic check all codes and computer showing that is everything normal.

is anybody had similarly problem.

It sounds like your turbo cutting off and it’s usually VGT actuator that controls it having hard time moving the vanes inside of the turbo to needed position. Is your turbo still painted green that means original??? Did your mechanic did anything to the turbo??? Did he do road test with a computer connected to monitor turbo????

 

I bought truck few weeks ago and turbo is silver that means it is changed but I don’t know when.

We do test drive with plugged in computer and doesn’t show up anything. We did test when you pressing brake and gas pedal in same time and doesn’t show anything.

I’m wondering if is turbo why is not showing that simptoms in lower gear or higher rpm?!
