I am trying to figure the best way to put this in words...

Yes, there is injustice in the world. But blatantly being disrespectful while looking for respect does not work. Want respect and recognition? Be recognized for your respectfulness. Step on toes and get a foot in the arse.

How do I handle this as a company driver?

The C15 (2007 Acert) in my truck has a miss. Fuel filters were changed, no difference and it has gotten worse. I made the VP aware of it last Thurs. He said he would have my Dallas dispatcher get me a load from Houston to Dallas for Friday. Instead my Houston dispatcher gave me a load going home to SA for the holiday weekend and she was also able to preplan me a load for tomorrow going from SA with an Abilene, Plainview and Claude Tx drop on about 550mi. Normally this is the type of runs I like because they pay well, but running a hurt truck 550mi up through more rural parts of Tx doesn't seem like the smartest plan to me.

I can't bring myself to refuse the load as I dont do that. I want to diagnose the issue more myself so I can give them an informed answer as to what I think is wrong. 1st thought is a thermal temp gun to see what cyl isnt firing, then check the harness wiring to that injector?

Lucky yes, wealthy, ummmmmm..... lol. I just save money real well.

Hate to say but the Pete got put on the back burner. Needs a spring and some front end work. I want the shop to do it and they been busy with combines and company trucks, and since the KW is still running fine I haven’t been pushing them too hard.

You really need to post a few pics of your Pete now and then. What little I’ve seen it’s a sharp rig.

    Story time.

Years ago, was at the Hook in Fargo (Wylie stomping grounds) and had a couple Wylie drivers park next to me. I asked this one driver about them, he was driving a 6 axle rig.

“Oh yeah, great company...treats me with respect, been driving 2 years and now I am a senior driver, in the wind division....yadda yadda...”

What engine do you have in that truck?

    “It’s a 6 cylinder!”

Yep. There used to be one in Eau Claire called Picania. All you can eat. The servers bring the meat to you on skewers and shave off how ever much you want. They had about 10-12 meat choices. They also had a grilled pineapple covered in cinnamon. I thought it was a good place to eat but it couldn’t compete with Texas Roadhouse
