That's kind of what I was getting at yesterday. There are all sorts of ways to fix meat, and all taste good. Don't think one is better than the other, just different. I like to eat, and that is one reason I like driving all over the country just to eat something different or fixed different ways. Barbeque in some places is nothing more than broiled meat with some kind of sauce. Barbeque in other places is smoked meat on some kind of pit. I've eaten good barbque in tx, ok, mo, ar, ms, and al. There was a dive in Arkansas on 40 that I ate at that was out of this world, but that was the nastiest dam truck stop I ever stayed at. I'm rambling so I'll stop. Don't want to be mistaken for someone else.
