Yup. Lap times are what matters.

Those photos were from my last race weekend. My wife told me that Monday she was pregnant. I stopped racing instantly.

If I remember correctly I was about 2 seconds off of pole. Maybe qualified 8th. The guy who sat on pole gave me a really good tow and that’s the only reason I got that close.

That's the smart way. However, there's a portion that can't resist the urge to show off. Especially because of the fairly recent Teflon Don and his family had a TV show a while after he was gone. The group isn't the same one's who immigrated and brought the ideas and culture with them. Now, they are a bunch of spoiled rich brats. Second, third, fourth generation and they are not the same as the first batch who really did grow up on the streets and saw how rough life can be. They were crooks who knew that they had more to lose than shooting off their mouths was worth.

Generations usually become softer than the one proceeding it if life becomes easier for the next batch, in many cultures.

You’re one to talk, having grown up on an animal safari after your family survived Canadian winters full of marijuana smoke. Then when the safari was going to put you down, having no other job skills, you chose trucking. And don’t think we forgot about those stolen McRibs.

If they don’t get their act together they are going to wake up with a moose head in the bed.
