What an ignorant statement, I trained and never expected my student to sleep on the top bunk while the truck was moving. I had them lay their sleeping bag over my bedding and use their own pillow. It’s hard enough to get adequate rest on the bottom bunk of a moving truck, if you force your student to sleep on the top bunk of a moving truck, your not only putting your personal safety at risk but others as well.
Top bunk, don't do it, ever!!!

I will say the top is good for storage. Now that I am in a truck that doesn't have one, I am missing it.

It's illegal to drive a big truck while fatigued. You will not sleep well on the top bunk while the truck is moving, so you will be driving fatigued and illegally.
