I use them for teachings. Tryin to get that bead hot and straight enough

 

Because making them greasable from the factory would have been too easy.




Then we needed to make 2 new pin bosses.


I lucked out and only had to repair 1 side. The shiny thin line to the left of the worn hole is to line the 2" annular cutter up to bore the hole for the new boss.

Lining up both sides to keep the boom located properly. The other 3 holes (2 for hydraulic cylinders) still had the nylon bushings in them. The 1 that had to be redone had a broken pin that wasn't caught for a long time.

Back together, and both sides took grease.


Clear up there is where this took place.

 

That he did. I'd have to get 6 good Shiners down me just to come up with the thought.
