Get an empty Downey detergent bottle put some dish soap in it and use it if need be.

Easier more sanitary. Then use bleach to clean it out, simple safe and secure.

  5. I guess people don't go to Iowa 80 group truckstops or go online to Iowa80.com apparently.
or else they just wanting this thread to get completely out of hand I'm out of here I gave a simple solution many drivers have used for safety and security especially with their wives in the truck.. but just kind of sad when somebody presents a very logical question and you get nonsense answers it gets a little old. why the things that kind of disgust me a lot of times when you try to answer to anything.
but if the original poster finds this or finds my original comment the other day up there in the feed somewhere or there it is.
clean and sanitary easily disposable designed for drivers many of them.

    Have you ever been;

    In the middle of nowhere?
    Stuck in traffic?
    In any city?
Had to park outside a truck stop?
Stuck at shippers when they are closed?
Stuck at receivers when they are closed?
Parked at a rest stop with no bathrooms?
Been an hour or more from next place to stop?
    Stopped due to weather?

If not Great but if yes tell me why you rather your wife try to piss in a bottle instead of having a sanitary toilet to use. Are you and your SO ok with her going behind the truck? I’ve always kept my cab clean and with reasonable effort this would not affect that.

Thanks Trucker Kev for the info but I didn’t see any Trucker Toilets on Iowa80.com

Emergency is one thing. Making it a lifestyle is something entirely different.

Other than when necessary why wouldn't you use a regular flush toilet? o_O
Remember you still need to clean the truck toilet to keep it sanitary.
Why would you want to do that more than necessary. :biggrin_25521:

Find some place to stop... Nothing so important you can't stop for a few minutes when nature calls...

Of course we all have those emergency times when you just can't make it some where... For those times I am prepared to use my garbage can that always has a heavy duty liner inside.

This has only happened to me once... I woke in the middle of the night and knew I wasnt going to make it 20 feet... Immediately after the liner was triple bagged and disposed of in a large industrial dumpster.

So let’s all drop bags of crap along the highways now? Or do we have to carry them with us?

What do you think the average trucker is going to do? Mind you truck stops are dirty you think they will drop the bags at the nearest truck stop? Now do we have to smell that crap every time we fuel?

I have a hard time accepting piss bottles in the ground or other trash what makes you think crap on the ground is ok?

Some emergency’s are acceptable but making it a constant use portable just makes people lazy.
