I can’t beleive that, last time I was there in and out in 25 minutes. It all went bad for me after that. On a positive note at least the yard dog there had an easy day.
-
That’s been illegal here in The Peoples’ Repubic of MD for about 10 years now.

There's bars out here that allow it, although sparse these days. Not giving them away here, man. The last bastions of relaxation we have will remain a quiet secret. God forbid we have places that crybabies aren't welcome. Live healthy, eat right, exercise, and die anyway. I have about 100 or so truck stops saved in my favorites on Trucker Path that have bars close. Maybe 6 or 7 allow smoking. You'll pull those from my cold dead hands. And I'm betting that my corpse will still be fighting.

Some states leave it up to the counties, and the bars can decide in counties that allow it. I know that Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, and WV are that way. At least for now. There are other states that allow it if it's a "club". A place where you have to pay to be a member. I have two membership cards in one of those states. 5 bucks is a small price to pay for a membership to those places. Here's the kicker... one of my membership cards is for a place in the middle of a dry county. They can serve beer, wine, and liquor. And you can smoke inside. You can't legislate morality, wish people would stop trying. Your book of fake stories shouldn't have anything to do with my life or the laws that govern me. Go thump that bible somewhere else, I ain't interested.dwells40 and Gremlin304 Thank this.

Probably didn’t remove the chock
-
I would almost think it's more likely that the shoes were frozen. I've rolled over checks before, and dragged them a time or two. Never hurt the tire, but I scratched up some concrete with a metal chock. Not my fault, it was placed there unbeknownst to me. The dock guys put it there before they started loading me, didn't tell me, and never removed it when the handed me my bills.

Passed my first Millis truck today since getting my own truck. Lol get up to the cab and look over and it’s one of @keen98 former trainees.
