    Serves them right..they had no choice but to agree to that..a fmr engineer for navistar testified that they were told not to test those engines before putting them in the trucks because they wanted to make quick money.

    I have a new LT with the A26 and it’s great. They have all new leadership and engineering teams. All the people involved in the Maxxforce scam are gone. I really like the new LT.

    Navistar Inc. disputes allegations that it didn’t thoroughly test its MaxxForce EGR engines — allegations that surfaced in a lawsuit where a jury last week awarded $30.8 million in damages — including testimony about the engine program by former executive Jim Hebe that the company "did not test ####".
