    How come going from Off Duty to Sleeper Berth or vice versa, isn't considered being On Duty?

    I mean how much more work related can something be, besides your log?

    When you click to Sleeper Berth, that is an official work related activity.

    Why are you not then placed On Duty Not Driving?
