now i can only tell you from my personal experience with them. ther an old company been out here awhile and i have took several of there loads and i guess the best thing i can say about them is they dont owe me a dime , there money is good and they pay on time good to do business with.
now im speaking as an owner operatoe NOT as a company driver .
    HOPE THIS HELPED .

Years ago my dad was leased on to them and he had a heck of a time with his paycheck. Every time they'd miss out on paying him for a load or two, the sad part was all the loads were mailed in the same envelope! But to be fair, this was at the time that Landstar was supposed to be buying them out but it never happened. So it may have just been confusion or lack of funds to pay the drivers?

    HELLO BIGRAY
    AND GOOD MOURNING TO YOU:
now it is true i have my own authority and tractor and trailer (six of them) and im doing fine but you will get a million different opinions on it i can only tell you what i do.
first when ytou get your own authority the price of freight just went up , you make more money, when you have your on trailer you make more money, when your have your own tracter and trailer you make more money, and indepenent owner operator that has his own equipment and the abilty to find his on freight always makes more money.
for an example when you lease a tracter to a company you have to pull ther trailer and you work for them and pulling there trailer is not free they charge you anywhere from 20 to 30 percent just to pull that trailer.
so with your own equipment and authority it is alway better you make more money and your independent to.
hope this answers your questions its a good thing . SOUTHERNPRIDE:biggrin_25525:

They are an O/O co. but you can get on driving for an O/O. I drove for one a few years ago and liked the co. Don't now howit is since Greatwide took over. Good Luck...
