Call and ask. They hire guys out west and deadhead them further than that.

Could also leave personal car at ltl yard

I'm uncertain what demands you are referring to?
My biggest obstacle is my zip code, and my love to go west all year round, and a dog.

Might try Britton Transport. They allow dogs and I am fairly certain that they would be willing to throw more Western runs your way if you tell them that is what you want. It is automatic only company but personally if everything else fits I wouldn't skip out on a company just because of that. I am fairly certain they hire from anywhere but they do require longer times out depending on where you live. I work there but in the flatbed division. They are good to me. Best wishes in wherever you end up.

A demand is anything (YOU) place as a barrier to accepting a job. Don't confuse my words. I am not saying you are wrong. I'm just saying you might want to lower what you want a bit till such time a better option comes along. As @TripleSix says, Luck in battle!

Don't tell them that. Put the truck in D and release the brake. Put your foot on the gas and go. That's it.

If under no circumstances will I agree to drive an International Pro or Lonestar, does that make me less likely to be hired??
Serious question. As it is true, any other truck is fine.

Well said Sir. Does the OP want to work or place a ton of demands out there and see what sticks. OP, you really need to be a little flexible right now during this market. Good Luck.

The only thing obvious to me is it would be certainly better for me if I moved at least 100 miles south, or west from my current home.
I am 100% sure of that.

I get bored driving east of the Mississippi River 100% of the time.

Can you run Canada? Would be a big plus for your area.

Didn't you post that moving from the area is not an option?
