Ok, stick a fork in me I'm done fer the day 560 hard miles from Zanesville Oh to Rochelle Ill. Indiana made me go the scenic route ! Time to fuel my belly !

 

Ironically, that photo was taken seconds before he got the weeble-wobbles and fell down.

Keep at least one hand (or a knee) on the steering mechanism.

Well actually I ask for some of that Yuengling but they didn’t have it in a bottle, (draft gives me a headache at times)...... so I settled for this lol.

 

Suppose ta stop around six mugs and ya won't get them headaches !

You would have liked Cajun Dave lol.... he worked the Mobile river draw bridge before the new bridge was put in. I was setting on the river bank by the bridge on a excavator waiting on a barge, kept seeing him throw something in the water ever little bit. Floor of the bridge tenders hut was about 23 feet above the tracks. I ask him later what he was doing, he grinned and showed me a good size cooler. He brought a bunch of rattlesnakes he had caught to work and was peeling the bark off of them lol. He would throw the carcass in the river. Said he had 57 more at home in the freezer!! He learned me a few things, some I also seen him do at that bridge.
