The rush is over..... getting back to Huntington, unload, grab a shower and get back to NY before noon was the goal. I didn’t know anything about this load yesterday until after I got loaded and started back. Dispatcher called wanting to know if it was possible...... why yes!!! It’s only 900 miles there and 900 miles.... no wait that was a beer run ....

I knew it would be close depending on how I held up, yesterday I was running on 2 hours sleep. Then took a nap for 3 hours yesterday afternoon before making this happen. Had nearly 2 hours to spare when I loaded today..... and what the shipping lady told me kinda pisses me off , she said she personally sent the email about this load, no one ask for a truck to get it before noon she said, we’re open 24/7. She commented that the load would be ready after a certain time is all, not to be picked up at a certain time. Dispatchers..... another form of lying ### lawyers . Just glad my old bucket of bolts can pick’em up and set’em down when needed .
