The death of the Lightning and SVT was a shame. The good old days of the Lightning vs SRT 10.

 

I love that bike Jlightning, I had an RM a while ago. My most recent was a CRF250r

Uni Filter, FMF Factory 4 exhaust, and FMF jet kit.



And my bike, it went 9.75@144 stock with bolt on extensions.

Now it's got an MPS autoshift, -2+2 sprockets, Tiforce exhaust, BMC filter, PC3, Thompson +10 arm underbraced with air, and a few other goodies. Haven't hung the nitrous bottle on it yet, waiting on the bushings and brake arm to get here and see if I can run 9.40's on motor before I spray it but lately I have been thinking about putting a velocity turbo on it instead this winter.



As she sits right now, pulling the arm off and putting the new one on Sunday








And this is the arm I picked up this week, Thompson Cycles +10, will set the bike 64-66 inches, should be just about perfect yet still streetable since I ride this thing a lot in the summer (hell in the winter too)


And can't forget the "it's cold and raining" mobile . She's all stock aside from forged RPF-1 wheels, Tein suspension, and Apexi N1 exhuast. Get's 28 mpg, full boost by 3000 rpms and makes 260ish ft lbs of tq to the wheels at 4000rpms. Fun little car and handles like it's on rails (But I still miss my S2000)

The Second is a BMW 1988 528e and has won 3 first place trophys

It's probably a real PITA to launch. Most turbo bikes are.
