    My logs passed a lvl 3 with OKC, OK. I'm pretty sure u can abr "fort". I dunno. Never had any trouble.

    You'd better stay out of Ca. You'll get shut down. I've seen it happen at the chowchilla scale to a guy being inspected in the bay next to me.

    Those were state enforcement agents, not federal. And many state agents enforce that rule. You were lucky. No city name may be abbreviated, only the state name.
