No. It pretty simple and easy. There will be a big bolt either on the side or front of the fifth wheel. Unless you have one that has the pop up bolt on the plate. Which I doubt you do. Tighten it a couple turns. I would suggest doing it with the trailer attached. If you get it too tight it won’t release. If it’s too tight back it off until you can pull the handle and release the trailer.
