I dont watch sports that have political agendas. I was watching a boxing match and this one particular fight, this guy from Puerto Rico was being congratulated and lauded as the first openly gay fighter. He was a hero for playing the skin flute. Well, his opponent didn't care. Beat him so bad that the commentators were considering it a hate crime. They were actually angry that he got the schtick beat out of him. WTF? If I'm a fighter, and my opponent has fingerprints on his ears and teeth marks in his pillow, I am supposed to let him win? Is boxing fruity now? It was my favorite sport, but now? And the MMA has the transgendered "women" kicking arse and taking names. How is this fair to women? I give up.
Now, I stick with the pure sports.

Those bulls don't care what race you are, what nationality, gender, whatever. Tell the bull that you're openly gay and see if he cares. True equality there.
