What if it Snows?

I do like coffee. Drink it straight up black.
Want it hot. No warm or room temp.
I do like iced as well. That gets just a tad bit of real sugar.

 

Sounds more like a drinking problem

 

Yeah I get that... I actually quit for 6 years once... But that was easy, cause I was incarcerated and couldnt get them. I was stupid and started back up when I came back home. You're right... You have to relearn how to function day to day, and thats what makes it hard.

 

Just man up and quit of you want to.

Something to think about: Stopping Smoking is breaking multiple habits along with the nicotine addiction.

What my dad did to stop smoking was started carrying a box of toothpicks around just like he did the cigarettes. That way he could chew on a toothpick rather than smoke. Carrying the toothpicks filled the void of carrying around the pack. He could then work on just the nicotine part. A buddy of his did the same thing but with a bag of lemon drops.

 

Perhaps the flavored toothpicks

 

The only thing I crave is the food I cant have anymore. From a month ago at 476.6 I am down to 452.8 so far.

Each vertical line equals a day. Each horizontal line equals a pound

 

I quit smoking and drinking once. It was the longest four hours of my life!

 

Keep up the work. Looks like things are goin the right direction. It really is all about calories. Calories in, calories out.
