Sorry for your loss.
Your loved one’s health is your loved one’s responsibility. Expecting CREngland to second guess a DOT doctor is just silly.
CR England Why would?

The FMCSA is finally looking into their School and hiring practices. Why I as a freaking Joke submitted an application to them. Now I have epilepsy and a Pacemaker defib combo in my chest on top of it. I do not even have a regular license and have not for over 10 years and almost 20 since I lost my CDL when I had my first seizure. Guess who called me up and said 1 WE CAN GET YOU MEDICALLY QUALIFIED while I was recording their call even though I can never be certified. The Answer CR England and their recruiting team so I forwarded the emails and voicemails and recordings to the FMCSA. Next thing I know is I am getting phone calls from the FMCSA going what the hell is this crap along with emails. They are opening an investigation into everything that company does and it might be an interesting few months according to what I was told.
AModelCat, Gearjammin' Penguin, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this. -

And is that meal a full three courses and nutritionally balanced or just a McNugget? No way to know. I doubt most of their drivers can even afford to feed their own children.LtlAnonymous Thanks this.

How high was his blood pressure? At a certain level, one is disqualified from driving til it's brought down. I'm guessing, and it's only a guess, that he was over that limit.
