Are you looking for free or paid? What kind of service
Free will probably get you in trouble. There's are sorts of paid apps though. -

I cut the cord years ago and bought a Roku and subscribed to Sling TV. It’s great. You can get packages as cheap as $20 a month and there is a phone app so I can watch via my account on my phone anywhere. All sorts of extras you can add as well.
tscottme and Dieselboss Thank this. -
I am a Roku fan as well. There is a ton of free content to start with. Then you can add on "a la carte" just the content you watch instead of 300 channels that you don't watch.
I addition, do you have cable or satellite at home? If you do then you can enable many of your home channels onto the Roku for free. For example, my Roku looks like this:
$15.99 - Netflix HD streaming on up to 4 screens at a time. (cuz wife and kid...)
$9.90 - Amazon Prime (which includes Prime Video on the Roku)
Free: HBO, Showtime, Starz, CBS, Fox, FX, ESPN, and 100's more because I have DirecTV at home. Almost every channel that has a viewing app has made deals with the home providers of cable and satellite TV to give their users the channels for free on Roku if that channel is already included in your house cable or satellite package. (I say "free" here on the Roku because we are going to pay for these channels at home regardless (again, wife, kid...)
To recap, some drivers don't know that they can have most of their home TV channels on a Roku or Firestick for free as long as that channel has made an app for your streaming device. Most people have SOME kind of either cable or satellite TV at home. However, if you have totally cut the cord at home then you would need to go with a more complete streaming-only plan, like Hulu, Sling, YouTube TV, or DirecTV Now, etc.
The catch? Need a decent internet connection to use.Last edited: Jun 11, 2019

Sling TV is probably your best bet for regular TV with an Android app. I think I paid $24/mo for my subscription when I had it. Only cancelled because I just don't watch much TV at all.
Dieselboss Thanks this. -
I use Hulu. But it's about $50 a month for live tv.
Dieselboss Thanks this.
